PST HMS are slam balls. Designed for intense exercises, involving dynamic hitting the ground. Properly selected outer material and sand inside make the ball not bounce. Slam training, perfectly engages the entire movement apparatus. This type of training will work in any sport requiring speed and high muscle power from the player, it is an ideal proposition for combat sports players.
The ball is very durable and waterproof, special tabs located on the entire ball, prevent it from slipping out of your hands. This ensures great comfort during exercise and increases the precision of movement.
