De Buyer CHOC RESTO INDUCTION pan - 30 cm
The shallow pan with low rim is ideal for preparing crêpes. Thanks to the non-stick coating, the crêpes are easy to flip. Robust aluminium with a thickness of 4 mm ensures even heat distribution and protects the coating; keeps its shape. The base is made of magnetic AISI 430 stainless steel and is suitable for induction. The five-layer premium coating offers professional durability and excellent gliding properties; ideal for intensive use. The powder-coated and riveted steel strip handle is heat-resistant. The French-curved handle provides a comfortable grip and easy handling. Do not heat when empty and avoid overheating. Avoid thermal shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware. Care instructions: clean by hand only, do not use scouring pads. Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
Contrary to popular belief, the non-stick frying pan is particularly suitable for gently cooking fish, vegetables, pulses and cereals without discolouring them. It is also perfect for braising over a low heat, reheating ready meals and thickening sauces without altering the taste, colour or aroma. However, it is not an all-purpose pan: a steel pan is preferable for searing, browning or roasting.
