Opinel Table Knife Set Facette 4-piece Dark Ash
The "Facette Dark Ash" knife set contains four table knives with smooth, stainless steel blades. The handle made of dark, stabilised ash wood lies comfortably in the hand. The knives are particularly sharp and can be resharpened. The blades have a length of 11 cm and a hardness of 55-57 HRC. They come from Europe and are corrosion-resistant as well as mechanically powerful. The blade is very sharp and resistant to wear, making it durable even with frequent contact with hard materials such as ceramics. The use of stainless steel means that the maintenance of the knife is low, but it is recommended to rinse the knife by hand to maximise its life.

Tips for the care and storage of knives
- It is best to clean the knife immediately after use with a damp cloth; especially after handling acidic foods, do not leave the knife uncleaned.
- Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Do not leave knives with wooden handles in water / do not clean them in the dishwasher.
- Stone or ceramic cutting boards damage the knife blades and make them dull.
- Do not store knives loose in drawers; knife blocks, magnetic strips, drawer inserts, magnetic boards or blade attachments are more suitable. Knife cases, knife bags or blade protectors can be used for safe transport.
