Alfa Forni Moderno 5 Pizze Hybrid Antique Red
A semi-professional wood or gas fired pizza oven for preparing an endless number of dishes.
This Alfa Forni pizza oven can be operated with either wood or gas. To do so, simply convert the gas pizza oven with the hybrid kit (Hybrid-KIt not included in the scope of delivery) and fire it with wood.
With the Moderno 5 Pizze hybrid pizza oven, you can bake several dishes or 5 pizzas at the same time.
For a perfectly baked pizza, the pizza oven reaches temperatures of up to 500°C in only 30 minutes.
So you can bake pizzas at home that are just as good as those in your favourite restaurant. Thanks to the innovative Heat Genius technology, the heat inside is released slowly and distributed evenly, ensuring perfect baking results every time.
