Placing an Order

Browse our vast range, select a product of interest and click “Add to Shopping Cart”. Whatever page in our online store you are on right now, you can find the shopping cart and the products added to it in the upper right corner of the page. Once you have added all the desired products to the shopping cart, you can start completing the purchase.

Please note that after confirming the order, only the order confirmation e-mail with the order details will be sent to your e-mail, not the invoice! After placing the order, we will send the invoice separately after a while to the e-mail address specified by the customer. If you haven’t received our invoice, please check your junk folder and whether your mailbox is full. As a rule, we send invoices to customers on working days, no later than within a few hours after placing the order, but not later than within one working day. Orders are processed only after the receipt of payment or after a copy of the payment order is received to e-mail address info@mts.ee

Delivery Options & Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.

Courier delivery within Estonia-> 6.1.- EUR (except oversized packages over 30kg like furniture, big contstruction equipment etc). Shipping cost of oversized packages will be calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.
Packing station (DPD, SmartPOST, Omniva) - > 2,64€ - 3,24€ depending on the delivery company.

If the products added to shopping cart come from warehouses of different suppliers, the customer may receive the order in the form of several separate deliveries and on different days. The delivery cost is added during the ordering process and the customer can see the delivery cost before confirming the order.

The expected delivery time of the goods is indicated separately for each product and is indicative. The price, delivery time and stock of the products may differ according to the supplier (delivery warehouse). One product may be available in the stock of several different suppliers, but with different prices, delivery times and quantities. We do our best to ensure that the ordered products reach our customers within the expected delivery time indicated next to the products. If several products with different delivery times have been selected in the shopping cart, the approximate delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time is considered as the approximate delivery time of the entire order. In some special cases, deliveries may be delayed for reasons beyond the control of MT Shop. The source of the problem can be the supplier who has entered the wrong quantity of products and / or the wrong delivery time into his warehouse system, or a logistics company that has caused delays in the supply chain for various reasons, either by itself or because of a third party. We update our product database several times a day to keep the product, product price and availability information up to date. Situations may still occur where any of the previous keywords may change faster than the automatic updates reach our product database. We always inform the customer separately about the delay of deliveries and, if possible, offer customers the option to track the movement of their order themselves from the tracking link of the logistics company. We ask you to take such possible situations into account and apologize in advance if your order should be delayed for any such reason. Approximately 98% of our orders have previously reached our customers within the expected delivery time. If the product is available in our Osmussaare 4 warehouse (expected delivery today, and the warehouse symbol MTS), then products ordered and paid for before 15:00 on working days will be delivered to the customer within Estonia by courier usually on the next working day. Orders placed and paid for during the weekend will be processed on the next working day. The expected delivery time of the order is indicative and depends on many circumstances (also on those beyond the control of MT Shop), including public holidays both in Estonia and in other countries of the supply chain. As a result, there may be delays in handling orders and delivering them to the customer due to holidays or shorter working days and / or increased workloads in both delivery warehouses and logistics companies. We also send certain products to the customer via packing stations (only available on selected countries). If it is possible to send the product to the packing station, this delivery option is visible to the customer in the shopping cart when placing the order. If the product cannot be delivered to the packing stationl, the system will not offer the corresponding delivery option when placing the order. The price of delivery to packing stations is visible during checkout.

Certain products can be collected from our Osmussaare 4 warehouse. If it is not possible to collect the product from our Osmussaare 4 warehouse, the system does not offer the corresponding delivery option when placing an order.

Discounted Products Category (B-Ware)

The discounted products category includes products from different suppliers (for example, final sale) that are new but slightly cheaper than regular products. These may be the last items of products soon to be withdrawn from production or products left in the supplier’s warehouse for too long. There are also products in this category that the customer has returned to the supplier / seller during the 14-day return period. There may also be products that meet the following criteria:

The packaging of the product has been opened and the product has been switched on / tested for demonstration purposes. Traces of use may occur. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

The packaging of the product is damaged, but the product is new and undamaged in appearance. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

The packaging of the product has been opened by the customer / store employee and the product possibly also switched on / tested. Traces of use may occur. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

The packaging of the product has been opened and the product switched on / tested for demonstration purposes. Traces of use may occur. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

The product is broken / damaged. The product has no guarantee.

The product has been on display at exhibitions. The packaging of the product has been opened and the product has been switched on / tested for demonstration purposes. Traces of use may occur. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

The product has been damaged during transportation. Ask about the extent at info@mts.ee

The product has been factory refurbished and in the same condition as a new product. The guarantee is valid for the same period as for the new product.

What do the different warehouse symbols A5 / SK / K / W / J1 / U / ... mean?

These are different wholesale warehouses that we named with short symbols. Each warehouse is a different wholesale company, they all have different pricing policy, different inventory (live stock qty) and different delivery times (ETA) depending on the warehouse location.
It would not be wise to make 20 different product pages for the same product, but instead it is wise to combine all the wholesale warehouses who sell the same product and display these on one product page.
