Alfa Forni Pizza Shovel Metal Large
The pizza shovel developed by Alfa is an indispensable tool for pizza preparation. The shovel blade is perforated to allow excess flour to fall off the pizza base. In this way, you can avoid baking pizzas on burnt flour, which causes an unpleasant, bitter taste.
The scoop handle is made of aluminium and consists of several parts that can be screwed apart and together. It is therefore possible to obtain a shorter pizza shovel simply by not attaching a shaft extension (or both). The length of the Alfa pizza shovel can therefore be changed according to your needs, choosing between 95 cm (handle + shovel blade), 125 cm (handle + 1 shaft extension + shovel blade) or 145 cm (handle + 2 shaft extensions + shovel blade).
The handle and sliding handle sleeve are made of Duroplast, a particularly hard-wearing plastic that ensures a secure grip.
