Active components require straight-through USB 3.0 cables for communication. Because our USB 3.0 A/A keystone module is straight-through, a straight-through cable must also be used. If the components are not used as required (crossed USB cables), the data speed of USB 3.0 is reduced to USB 2.0 speed even though only USB 3.0 components are being used.
