The BRILLIANT TOOLS injector sealing ring disassembly tool BT551250 is excellent for the easy, fast and safe removal of the copper washers that are often hard to loosen without damaging the seal’s position in the cylinder head. It can be universally used for many common rail diesel models from BMW, Mercedes etc., for sealing rings of 7.5 to 10 mm internal diameter. The tool is equipped with an adjusting screw and knurled clamping screw with M10 connection thread. Application is extremely simple. Insert the tool into the injector opening, tighten the clamping screw and pull the tool out with the sealing ring.
