De Buyer Form Non-Stick Steel Fruit Tart Mould - 28 cm
Fluted Fruit Tart Mould with Wide Rim: This specially developed baking mould is perfect for traditionally baked fruit tarts.
Easy to Use:
Prepare the sponge directly in the mould. Remove after baking and turn the cake base over before topping.
Excellent Baking Results:
The steel construction allows high temperatures to be reached, caramelising the juices in the batter. Even heat distribution ensures homogeneous baking.
Practical Non-Stick Coating:
The PTFE coating is PFOA-free and makes it easier to remove the cake. Protects the steel from oxidation and makes cleaning easy.
Instructions for Use:
- Grease before use.
- Bake in the oven at a maximum of 220°C.
- Not suitable for the microwave.
- Do not use metal utensils in the mould.
Care Instructions:
- Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge.
- Not dishwasher safe.
