Product Description
The die is made of tool alloy steel NC6 (W-1.2063) with a hardness of 60°HRc (+/-1°).
Hardened in oil, it is characterized by high abrasion resistance, especially up to +200°C.
The die has a ground thread profile with an angle of 60°, 3-chip holes for chip removal and clamping holes for mounting in thread holders with ø20x5mm sockets.
Round die for a regular metric right-hand thread according to ISO DIN-13, in the basic class for the most common external thread tolerances according to ISO (6g). Die with a 1.75P chamfer.
