X1 HMS home gym is a modern Smith machine designed for a full-body workout. Its versatile accessories and attachments, such as high and low pulley, preacher curl pad, leg developer and butterfly apparatus offer a wide range of workout possibilities and make X1 the perfect training partner meeting the needs of the most demanding users.
The home gym features multi-height barbell uprights and a detachable bench allowing exercise in a standing position. The ergonomically-designed adjustable seat and backrest made of durable foam covered with a modern, long-lasting carbon-style upholstery add to the comfort of training.
X1 HMS is made of superb-quality materials which provide excellent stability of the body during workout and safety of use. The robust powder-coated steel frame and pulley system together with nylon-covered cables comply with the highest technical standards.
The home gym enables developing all muscle groups: back muscles, upper and lower pectoral muscle, gluteal muscles, forearms, deltoids (shoulder muscles), biceps and triceps, as well as upper and lower leg muscles.
