Olympic Plate BBR 5/10/15/20/25 kg HMS, covered with top quality rubber. Its main advantages are perfect mold, aesthetic finish and a special profile that prevents rotation on the bar.
The plates are made of premium materials. They are covered with special, thick, shock-absorbing rubber so that the falling plates do not damage the floor. Depending on the weight, BBR HMS plates achieve 75-96 points on the Shore scale. This means that the plates are much harder than cheaper, rubberised plates available on the market.
Weight and dimensions of each plate are calibrated. This means that the disc weight falls within the range from +0.5 % to -0.5 %. Inner diametre has been fitted to match the Olympic bars. Precise manufacture ensures stability of the weights during intensive workout.
Sleeve of the plate is made of stainless steel, which makes it easier to put the weight on the barbell and to take it off. Additionally, this element serves to stabilise the weights on the bar.
