We present TOH load plates under the HMS brand, designed for the Olympic bar.
Made of durable steel. The outer layer is a rubber. It is easy to clean and moreover, it absorbs impacts so it protects the floor from damages and it deadens the fall. Perfection of the workmanship enables to appreciate the aesthetic qualities of TOH plates but it also makes their ergonomics stays at the highest possible level. Three handles in each, even the smallest plate, enable to change the load quickly and comfortably. Moreover, they can be easily used as an alternative to dumbbells.
