The Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2:1 Ultra Macro APO Lens in Pentax K mount ia an twice life size macro lens, with manual focus, and Auto and Manual aperture for Pentax K mount SLR cameras. The Aperture is communicated via the mechanical Automatic Aperture Coupling Lever on the lens mount, similarly to standard Pentax K mount lens systems. This allows users to adjust the aperture on the body of the camera, and can use partial stops / intermediate aperture settings, such as f6.3.
The Manual focus ring aids macro photography where users prefer to have manual focus control. This Pentax K mount has 7 aperture blades.
The Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2:1 Ultra Macro APO Lens in Pentax K mount offers full frame sensor coverage and focus from 2:1 magnification to infinity. Similar physical size to other 100mm Macro lenses on the market but the wider magnification range of Laowa 100mm allows macro photographers to capture subject at any size. A versatile lens that can equally be used as a portrait lens. Features an apochromatic (APO) characteristic that significantly reduces chromatic aberration.
