You can set the temperature, wattage and timer through the digital touch display per cooking plate. The plates have a maximum wattage of 1300 and 1800 Watt and will therefore heat up very quickly. The timer can be set for a maximum of 180 minutes, ideal for a stew or a curry. The temperature range is from 60⁰ to 240⁰ degrees, so you can keep the hot plate at a constant temperature.

When you take the pan off the hot plate it will shut off automatically, it also has an overheat protection. The sturdy non-slip feet make sure the hot plate doesn’t move around easily.
