Gas Pizza Oven: ZiiPa Piana Gas
The Piana gas pizza oven is connected to a gas cylinder and bakes pizzas in less than a minute. The refractory stone can be rotated, making pizza baking even easier.

- Operating pressure 30 mbar:
- A suitable gas pressure regulator and hose are supplied for use with propane gas cylinders with 37 mbar
- For use with Bhutan gas cylinders with 50 mbar, a suitable gas pressure regulator and hose are required (not included in the scope of delivery)
- Temperature control with regulator on the oven
- Rotating refractory cordierite stone
- Oven heats up in less than 10 minutes
- With integrated thermometer
- Pizza in just 60 seconds
- Folding feet and compact size
- Grill plate diameter: 31 cm

Note:
- Not suitable for use in closed rooms.
- A suitable gas hose and a gas pressure reducer to 30 mbar are required for operation with gas cylinders with 50 mbar (both not included in the scope of delivery)
