GeNetix Node 10 is a multi-talent, besides functioning as a 10 port Ethernet DMX -node, it also supports processing of timecode, MIDI and 10Scene data.
This universal interface as a node supports Art-Net, sACN, RDM and like all GeNetix nodes is fully configurable from ChamSys consoles via the built-in web server or via the display on the unit. The DMX ports are fully configurable and allow use as DMX input or output as well as configuration of DMX timings. The GeNetix Node 10 has two network ports and can be powered via powerCON TRUE1 or PoE.
The GN10 comes in a 1U 19 inch chassis and has a M10 thread for truss mounting
The interface's LTC and MIDI ports allow timecode and MIDI notes to be input and output to MagicQ systems via ChamNet, as well as support for Art-Net timecode, which is compatible with any system that supports it. This makes GeNetix Node 10 ideal for applications where the timecode or MIDI source is not located at FOH.
When connected to MagicQ PC systems, the Genetix Node 10 MagicQ switches to Unlocked Mode and acts not only as a DMX interface, but also as a timecode, MIDI and 10Scene interface, making the full power of MagicQ software available for systems running Linux, Mac or PC.
