FBT X-LITE 110A active loudspeaker, black
The X-LITE 110A is the smallest of three active loudspeakers in FBT's X-LITE series, designed for both fixed installation and professional stage use.
The X-LITE 110A is a compact active full-range speaker with a two-way bass-reflex design for a powerful and straightforward sound. The 10" mid/bass driver is sonically complemented by a 1" tweeter and driven by a 1500 W bi-amp Class-D power amplifier (1200W LF, 300 W HF). With a sound pressure level of up to 127 dB (SPL) at a frequency response of 58Hz - 20000Hz, the X-LITE 110A delivers a remarkable performance with small dimensions and a weight of less than 14 kg. In addition to the integrated switching power supply, the X-LITE 110A features a digital DSP signal processor with 4 selectable equalizer presets.
A 3-channel mixer with two balanced microphone, and line connectors, as well as a wireless Bluetooth input is integrated into the control panel on the rear panel. The latest Bluetooth 5.0 TWS interface allows audio signals from smartphones, tablets and computers to be streamed directly through two speakers in stereo.
The enclosure features a lightweight yet durable injection-molded polypropylene plastic and has two convenient monitor bevels (30° and 45°), as well as a recessed aluminum carrying handle. Thanks to the 35-mm pole jack for common stands, as well as four M-10 flying points for optional mounts, the X-LITE 110A can be used flexibly for fixed installations, on trusses or on a subwoofer for FOH stage ion sets.
The FBT X-LITE Loudspeaker Series
FBT has completely revised the proven X-LITE model series - 110A, 112A and 115A - and subjected them to a technical and optical redesign. In the now second generation, three active full-range loudspeaker models are available as usual, which meet the high FBT standard in terms of quality, flexibility and price/performance. The entire electronics have been newly developed and equipped with important innovations, such as a 3-channel mixer and the latest Bluetooth 5.0 TWS interface. FBT relies on a digital, DSP controlled BI-Amping with two highly efficient Class-D power amplifiers and active DSP separation for all models. This allows, in contrast to conventional, passive components, a more efficient and loss-free power distribution to the individual speaker components The tweeters and woofers each have a power amp channel, which are actively separated by the DSP.
Stable Power
Power is supplied by a switching power supply with automatic voltage switching in the range 100-240Vac.
TWS Bluetooth for real stereo pleasure
The new Bluetooth 5.0 protocol (compatible with previous versions) allows simultaneous detection of two speakers with the ability to remotely control volume and stream audio in stereo to both speakers simultaneously.
Enclosure, Installation and Flight Operation
The loudspeakers have M10 flying points that allow them to operate in a fixed installation or as a flown loudspeaker on a truss. The asymmetrical shape of the rugged polypropylene molded enclosures also allow them to be used as active floor stage monitors. In addition, the standard 35 mm speaker stand socket fits all common stands.
X-SUB Bass Extensions
The two active subwoofer models from FBT's X-SUB series are the perfect bass extension and the ideal companion for all X-LITE and X-PRO speakers. With a frequency response down to 38 Hz and an expressive SPL level, the subwoofers are perfectly matched to all X models.
